Device Details

Equipment Name: Gas Boosting Equipment
Equipment function: Gas pressurization equipment is a device that increases the low-pressure helium gas (≤ 150bar) from a standard helium cylinder to 95MPa and stores it in a high-pressure cylinder for leak testing of pipeline joints, valves, and other components in hydrogen storage systems at different gas pressures in the later stage; This device is used to detect helium gas leaks in bottle valves, pressure reducing valves, and pipeline joints;
Equipment parameters:
Gas boosting equipment: intake pressure: ≤ 150bar; Output pressure: 950 bar; Output flow rate: When the intake pressure is 60bar, the outlet pressure is 950bar, the driving air pressure is 8bar, and the driving flow rate is 2000LN/min, the flow rate is ≥ 75LN/min
Minimum detectable leak rate of helium detector:
1 × 10-6mbar. L/s @ 3000 atmospheres Milliliters per minute;
1 × 10-7mbar. L/s @ 300 atmospheres Milliliters per minute;
Applicable products: bottle valves, pressure reducing valves, pipeline joints, etc
Applicable standards:
GB/T 35544-2017 Compressed Hydrogen Gas Cylinders for Vehicles with Aluminum Inner Cylinders and Carbon Fiber Fully Wrapped Cylinders
GB/T 12137-2015 Gas Cylinder Airtightness Test Method
Test items: EOL testing, pressure resistance, durability, airtightness, solenoid valve performance, solenoid valve lifespan, pressure flow characteristics
