The expert review team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of all elements of the Test H hydrogen energy testing management system, including its operation, facilities, equipment and environment, inspection and testing technical capabilities, and laboratory management level, based on the management system documents established in accordance with the "Criteria for Qualification Accreditation Review of Inspection and Testing Institutions", RB/T 214-2017 "General Requirements for Qualification Accreditation Capability Evaluation of Inspection and Testing Institutions", and related standards, specifications, and regulations, through a series of rigorous reviews such as listening to reports, on-site inspections, on-site tests, reviewing text files, authorized signatory assessments, and symposiums.

The review team unanimously believes that Test H hydrogen energy testing has the conditions and capabilities of an inspection and testing institution, and meets the requirements for effective operation and performance of duties; The personnel, equipment, environment and other elements in the management system can ensure the progress of existing work. At the same time, experts from the review team also put forward suggestions and recommendations for further improvement. After on-site evaluation, a total of 108 testing parameters for 11 types of products passed the qualification certification on-site evaluation.
