The Fuel Cell Standardization Committee was established with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, with Techi Hydrogen Energy Testing (Baoding) Co., Ltd. serving as the secretariat, responsible for daily work, specifically undertaking the research of fuel cell standards, proposing development plans and standard system opinions in this professional field; Responsible for tracking and evaluating the implementation of fuel cell standards in this professional field, consulting and interpreting technical content; Organize and guide the drafting, soliciting opinions, and technical review of local standards for fuel cells in Hebei Province.

The first committee was chaired by Professor Liu Jianguo from the Energy and Power Innovation Research Institute of North China Electric Power University, with 31 members from party and government agencies, universities, research institutions, and professional service enterprises, representing a wide range of people.

At the meeting, An Yuemin, Deputy Mayor of Baoding City, warmly congratulated the establishment of the Fuel Cell Standardization Committee and stated that the establishment of the committee is of great significance for improving the fuel cell standard system in Hebei Province and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the industry. In the field of fuel cells, Hebei Province has initially formed a standard system framework, but there is still room for improvement in the layout of fuel cell system components, vehicle performance evaluation, and vehicle application specifications. The establishment of the Standardization Committee is timely and can timely make up for the shortcomings in industrial development. Suggestions have been put forward for the work of the Standardization Committee from the perspective of industrial development.
